Central Terminal Area (CTA)

Nearly 8,000 parking stalls are available in eight parking structures located opposite the roadways from the passenger terminals. Parking is available for extended stays and overnight trips.

All vehicles entering the Central Terminal Area are subject to random inspection.

All individuals (including persons with disabilities) who pull a parking stub and pass through a gate arm into a parking structure are required to pay the posted parking rates.

Vertical Clearances

All CTA parking structure entrances are clearly marked with vertical clearances.

* Parking Structures 1, 2A, 3, 4, 6 and 7 have a maximum vehicle height restriction of 8 feet, 2 inches.
* Parking Structures 2B and 5 have a maximum vehicle height restriction of 7 feet.
* Trucks, trailers and campers should use Parking Lot C.

C and Shuttle Economy Parking

Parking lot in LAXLAX operates economy Parking Lot C (96th Street and Sepulveda Boulevard), with over 7,300 parking spaces.

Note: Parking Lot B permanently closed on January 7, 2010.

Travelers can walk to the LAX City Bus Center from Lot C. Lot C also is the location of the Off-Airport Rental Car Terminal where many rental car firms meet arriving passengers with courtesy shuttles.

Frequent, free LAX Shuttle service transports travelers to and from the Central Terminal Area and Parking Lot C. Accommodations are available for travelers with disabilities, and all LAX Shuttle buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts.

Park One Public Parking

LAX operates Park One public parking adjacent to Terminal 1 (Century Boulevard and 96th Street).

Travelers can walk to the terminals or board Park One’s courtesy shuttle service to and from the Central Terminal Area. Accommodations are available for travelers with disabilities, and all courtesy shuttle buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts

NOTE: Parking rates listed are subject to change. Please check rates posted at the entrance to each parking lot before entering. Fees include 10% Los Angeles City Parking Occupancy Tax. Most major credit cards are accepted.

Central Terminal Area Parking Structures

Terminal Area parking structures are available for dropping off and picking up passengers, overnight trips, and extended stays.

$3.00 for the first hour or fraction thereof (15 minute grace period)
$2.00 each 30 minutes or fraction thereof after the first hour
$30 maximum for each 24 hours

Economy Parking Lot C (96th Street and Sepulveda Boulevard)

LAX Shuttle – Lot C provides frequent, free transport to and from Lot C and the Central Terminal Area, stopping conveniently at each Terminal.

FREE for first 2 hours
$1 for each additional 2 hours or fraction thereof
$12 for each 24 hours

Park One Public Parking

Adjacent to Terminal 1 (Century Boulevard and 96th Street), passengers can walk to the terminals or use Park One’s courtesy shuttle service to and from the Central Terminal, stopping conveniently at each Terminal.

$15.95 daily for uncovered parking
$2.00 each 30 minutes or fraction thereof after the first hour
$21.95 daily for valet uncovered parking

Disability Placards
All vehicles displaying disability placards or license plates may park in parking structures and economy lot and pay the posted fee.

Electric Vehicle Parking
Free parking is available for electric vehicles only at charging stations located in the lower/arrivals level of Parking Structures 1 and 6.

No free parking privilege is available for Clean-fuel, Natural Gas-fueled and/or bi-fuel vehicles.

Motorcycle Parking
Parking for motorcycles is free inside the Central Terminal Area parking structures.

When entering, drive carefully around the entrance gate arm and DO NOT take a ticket. Do not park in a space for a car. A motorcycle may be parked at the ends of rows, in corners, and in other spaces provided it does not block passenger traffic, automobile traffic, doors, elevators, driveways, etc. When exiting, drive carefully around the exit gate arms. Entering/exiting a lot via a sidewalk is allowed.
